« We came to St. John for a family wedding, and the villa was a perfect spot for all the Aunts, Uncles, and Grandmother of the Bride. The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet. Everyone felt like their bedrooms were very private, while the community spaces were well laid out for enjoyable family time. It was conveniently located and a quick walk into town for events. « Mike and Mariah were amazing. Way above and beyond assisting with anything we could think of. The place was very cute and we loved the little swimming pool. It was walking distance to dolphin market, with a tasty chicken tender and mac and cheese counter next door (thanks Mike!) and also bars and restaurants. »

« LOVED this property and would def go back. Room was a bit dated but in good shape and HUGE and the terrace / views amazing. The highlight!!! Love walking into town. Two thumbs up!! »

« The location of this condo to Cruz Bay is wonderful. The Condo was clean, air conditioning was nice and cold and check in was easy.
They provide you with beach towels, chairs, coolers and floaties. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Coconut Coast Villas. »
