« Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. « We had an amazing stay at ging tea house It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr. Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. »

« This hotel does not have bad amenities but a terribly reluctant management. Basically, the answer was 'no, sorry we cannot' to every request. We even had to insist and fight to have laundered sheets put on our beds as the bed we were given had unwashed, stained sheets. It did have a nice rooftop deck with a wonderful mountain view. « Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Mein Zimmer war sauber uns ordentlich mit einem schönen Bad und einem wirklich bequemen Bett. Vom Balkon (mit einer HĂ€ngematte) hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge (wenn es die Wolken erlauben) NatĂŒrlich ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage und des erstaunlichen Verkehrs recht laut, was aber durch die Annehmlichkeiten aufgewogen wird. Kann dieses Hotel uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen! »
