« Pauvre et froid l'accueil. Le buffet pour le déjeuner n'offrait que peu de choix. Pas de yaourt par exemple. Le service était confus- l'anglais pas compréhensible de certains employés est-il responsable? J'ai dû demander une tasse de thé à 5 reprises avant qu'on ne m'explique que c'était la faute de la cuisine s'il n'y en avait pas de prêt...Or nous n'étions qu'une poignée de clients attablés. Le service WiFi était pratiquement inexistant- je n'ai pas réussi à envoyer un seul message à partir...

« Fabuleux. La service et la courtoisie de l'asie du sud. Je n'hesiterais pas de retourner. Génial. 10/10. Le seul bémol: Il y avait beaucoup de choix dans le buffet (restauration) mais le goût (menu - vegeterian north indian) était moyen. »

« We had an amazing stay at ging tea house It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr. Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. »

« Great value for the purchase. We prolonged our stay. Nice big room with a view over Darjeeling and Kangchendzonga. The cleaning and roomservice is efficient. The reception is efficient too and very kind with advices. Thanks to Priyanka. »

« Great heritage hotel well laid out set in a tea garden estate. Service and staff were excellent and the food was very good. Only 30 mins from the airport. »

« Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out. »

« Everything was good expect the location. The hotel is in a ramp and sometimes cabs don't come till the hotel or they are not allowed. With kid and luggages it is very inconvinient. »

« Perfect place to stay with family. Good and talkative staff. Over all nice experience. Just one suggestion can offer option for dinner who have booked through various site. »
