« Great little studio in the centre of Brighton, close to Pier and the Lanes. Parking is very difficult, but that's Brighton. Noisy street at night, but that's city centre for you. Easy access to building and studio, good communication with owner, good value for money too compared to other accommodation in the area. »

« What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. « Situé dans une rue populaire avec beaucoup d'opportunités de restauration, l'appartement et joli et bien décoré. Plus important : un parking relativement bon marché à l'arrière. De là, on peut se promener à pied dans la ville. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires ! »
