„Wonderful place and even better hosts. Our AC went out and they put us up in another place for one night and had an entire brand new unit in one day. Also she cooked us wonderful conch fritters and the best carrot cake ever. If you want an off the beaten path true Bahamian experience this is a must do! So safe the people are wonderful. „We made our choice to come here after reading their amazing reviews. We were blown away and will certainly be coming back. Ida and her so Terren are amazing and make the entire process extremely easy. We flew from Fort Lauderdale vía Makers Air which have a ton of flights into Staniel Cay. Once you arrive at Staniel Cay , Terren will be waiting for you practically on the tarmac and it’s a really short 10 min boat ride to black point . The house is extremely clean and accommodating. „We arrived by boat which complicated getting family off the boat and into the house on a very windy day. Kids that came by air had luggage taken to the house so that worked very well. Took away a star on listing due to the washing machine being inoperative. Krystal was off the island but still very responsive to any messages. Would recommend the house for those wishing to visit Black Point.“

„This was our second stay in Black Point and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect for what we needed and Ida is a joy to work with. We will definitely be back.“

„The house is clean and nicely stocked (although we didn’t cook anything other than boiling water). Gorgeous views and there’s a private cabana down by the water that was perfect. Santos was very friendly and helpful.. reserve the golf cart for sure, 70/day.. “

„Nice house as described that was in a convenient location and had all we needed for our family. On-island managers took great care of us! “

„House was clean and very comfortable. Good water pressure and A/C. Host rented us a cart which was needed to get back and forth from the Staniel Cay Yacht Club. “

„The host was very friendly and kind to us. The cottage is lovingly furnished and offers every comfort. Only the view of the beach is limited. You can use a golf cart (not free), which is really great to go to the mini market, restaurant, beach etc.. We enjoyed our stay.“
