„This is a little gem of a boutique hotel very close to the Ganges. The neighborhood is a little rough, but transportation can take you nearly to the front door and once through it, you’re transported into a world of elegance and comfort. And the Staff were helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly ...

„Our stay at Pilibhit House was truly a home away from home and even better. The breakfasts were delicious, afternoon tea was such a lovely touch, and the aarti experience was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the spa was pure relaxation. Everything felt thoughtful, warm, and welcoming. We left feeling grateful and can’t wait to return.“

I also tried the Ayurvedic massage and absolutely loved it. It was deeply relaxing and honestly one of the highlights of the stay. The wellness experience ...

However, after arriving, the hotel manager refused to provide the AC room/service and did not give any proper explanation. When I asked what I was supposed to do after booking and paying for an AC room, the manager simply refused to help and even made an unprofessional remark along the lines of “itne paise mein AC kahan se milega?” This is completely ...
