„Great hotel, the staff was helpful and many spoke English. The buffet type breakfast had a great selection of different foods - soups, different types of salads, fruits, etc. We stayed in a Japanese style room with futons, which were comfortable. The onsen was open most of the day.“

„staff was absolutely wonderful“

„Price Value is the best here around Mt. Asahidake and the Japanesestyle rooms are quite big and comfortable. Also the onsen has a good size. “

„Clean and cozy , the room was huge for me as a solo traveler ! I wish they have a little bit more wall outlet or maybe extra USB C charging port for phone would be nice. Dinner buffet was great , the beef steak was juicy and nicely cooked. Breadfast also great as well. Will book again if I come to the area for sightseeing.“

„We are a family of four and stayed here for one night. The staff spoke limited English, but they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were able to communicate without any problems. This is an older, traditional Japanese hotel. It’s not luxurious, but that’s exactly the kind of authentic experience we were looking for. Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks, including beer, in the lounge, which was a wonderful touch. My husband and I are heavily tattooed, and we were welcomed ...

„The hotel was in bad condition, ants and other bugs everywhere in the room. The staff used the fact that we were tired to overcharge us. The facilities were 15 years older than they look in the pictures where they already look old.“
