« Expedia map sent me to completely the wrong area, more than 1km away from the hotel. Without a friendly local who works as a courier I would have been very lost. Property itself is very clean and nice. Because of a serious medical issue I could spend only 1 night instead of the seven that I paid for. I was told at checkout and by expedia message that their policy did not allow reimbursements, but they would review my special case with management. They never did. »

« The beds were comfortable and it fit my family of 5 (grown kids) well. It was conveniently located near a station. Walkable neighborhood with access to convenient stores and restaurants. We stayed in December and it was cold. There were room heaters but it still was pretty cold in the house. Otherwise it worked well. Nothing glamorous but functional. Thanks for the nice stay. »
