„The room we were given was appalling. It smelt bad, it was unclean, mouldy and badly maintained. It was a dead space. When we asked for another room the staff said the hotel was booked out. We decided to leave. The manager then found another room for us, but it was only marginally better. Neither of the rooms in any way resembled the photos on the website. It is a trick. Avoid this hotel.“

„A wonderful place that feels more like staying in someone’s beautiful country home than a hotel. The gardens are full of flowers, fruit and vegetables, much of which ends up on your plate. „The hotel is a short walk to the main market at the Center of Leh. The rooms are clean and functional. There are few options for vegans so the breakfast was a disappointment. I bought a plant-based milk at the supermarket below the hotel. I stored it in the mini-bar fridge. Only the light bulb worked in the fridge, so I had to throw out the remaining milk.
