« Nous avons choisi un chambre mi-gamme, situé dans l'aile "moderne" (années 1970/80?) de l'hotel. A gagner le chambre il faut monter quelques marches, ici, là. Le chambre était bien propre, mais le décor semblé plus en accord avec l'époque de l'aile. Le (grand) lit était le plus confortable qu'aucun hotel que nous avons visité: c'était l'invitation à faire la grasse matinée! Nous n'avons pas diner au reste de l'hotel mais le petit déjeuner était du bon qualité et a profusion. A reccomander. »

« First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and...

« Lucy was an amazing host, so responsive to messages before and during our stay which just makes things so much easier. We loved the house, plenty of room, well stocked for the 13 people we brought along and a very peaceful location with some friendly animals too.The house is full of character, decorated for the Xmas before we arrived and although one room was cold the first night Lucy was straight on it and round the next day with heaters to help as it's an old house so just needed a little help...

"HĂŽtel dans un ancien manoir avec bcp de charme. Tout Ă  Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec bcp de goĂ»t. Chambres standard de taille correcte. Belle salle d’eau. Certaines chambres donnent sur le systĂšme d’air conditionnĂ© et sont trĂšs bruyantes! Demander Ă  changer si c’est le cas. Petit dĂ©jeuner sur commande et de bonne qualitĂ©. DĂźner trĂšs correct et plats copieux. Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Le spa est THE SPA. Grande piscine, vraie salle de sport bien Ă©quipĂ©e et sauna, hammam. AccĂšs d’1h inclus dans chaque chambre. L’hĂŽtel mĂ©rite ses 4 Ă©toiles amplement. "
