« Its a lovely property, right next door to the hosts, who are very friendly and helpful. Master bed is a firm floor bed, which you go through to kids room. Fold out in lounge, lounge is a large room. Kids loved the glass floor in their room! We were 3 adults and 2 kids, probably more suited to 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a lovely peaceful stay. Great to hear the ruru at night :) »

« This is the second time we've stayed at this special place. We felt very at home in the house, and appreciate that there's lots of room to spread out in. But we especially love the pool and the spa pool and made the most of them. The outdoor table area was great for spending time and eating meals. And the hosts were great, providing good instructions and making us feel welcome in their house. I hope we will be able to visit again! »

« We stayed for two nights after making a last minute decision to get away with friends. It was a-may-zing! Floss called us on the day we were arriving to sort out directions and the awesome experience started right there. Thanks for coaching us up the goat track Floss! And for your awesome yarns. The house is fairly well insulated. Shops are 90mins away in Carterton. Bring loo paper! Tap water is from a tank and had a bit of an odd taste, fine for kettle & washing up. « We really enjoyed the size and beauty of this old building. Its a bit of a work in progress but still very lovely. Not often you get to stay somewhere so unique. Perfect for a large family gathering. Was perfect for us tho. Kids loved it as so many places for hide and seek - its huge. Maybe not suitable if you have very young children tho as the staircase would be a worry. »

« It was great! We were testing out travelling with our indoor cat and it was perfect. A very chill spot with lovely people and a comfy, cozy little whare. The pool was awesome, too, though chilly enough to require a bit of bravery. Lots of tūī, pīwakawaka, riroriro, and happy magpies, too. Thank you! »

« The family vacation was suberb with fact that the Bach matched well with our expectation, nice, clean and cosy home, well equipped, close to enmities and interesting places in Masterton. Highly recommended Bach to stay! My only seggestion to the owner, please add another mirror. There is only one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. »
