« During our stay there was a wedding party and the hotel was fully booked. There appeared to be staff shortages/new staff! This meant things took a little longer or needed a bit of extra staff training/help. Unfortunately there was also a wine shortage after several very busy events over the last 2 weeks! However we are patient people and ALL available staff were hardworking and friendly. Special mention to Ceran, Reese, Kyle, and sorry forgot name of the welding apprentice in the bar team. ...

« A beautiful, charming property with so much character. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Our suite was gorgeous and well equipped with lots of lovely touches. The pictures do not do it justice! The spa facilities were excellent with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy in the warmer weather. Dinner at the 1530 restaurant (we had the taster menu) was divine. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. »

« The staff where very attentive, helpful, and nothing with a problem, My partner and I stayed one night for our two year anniversary, and we where giving an upgrade room, with Rose petals in the roon with a card wishing us happy anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and Is surrounded by beautiful gardens. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel especially for a special romantic break »

« Nous avons réservés 2 chambres dont 1 a 3 personnes, pour pouvoir accueillir notre fille de 18 ans. Nous avons payés pour 5 et le lit installé pour la 3eme personne était à 30 com du sol avec une épaisseur de 5 centimètres... Au prix par personne j’ai trouvé ça limite. Le pire a été la salle De Bain avec WC avec une fenêtre transparente. Impossible de se lever la nuit pour y aller sans réveiller tout le monde. »
