« What a gem! We came to Andros in pursuit of bonefish and this property was the perfect jump off. The house truly exceeded our expectations in convenience, cleanliness, and amenities! Noteables: It was really nice to just go out back and swim after a long day of bonefishing. Being able to wash your clothes allowed us to pack less clothes and more fishing gear. « We spent a week on Sunset point houseboat and already can’t wait to return! The house is exactly as described, an older house boat with lots of charm and amazing views from every bedroom. « The property is well-maintained and easy to find. It gets fantastic sea breezes, which keep the cottage feeling fresh and cool throughout the day. Both bedrooms have heat pumps, which made for comfortable sleeping even on warmer nights.The beach right outside is beautiful, and once the stairs and seawall are repaired, access will be even better. « The space and bed are clean, comfy, and darling...but the view and the yard and the beach and the turquoise water and the point are sooooo beautiful! Access to bikes and kayaks and snorkeling ear included is great. Zona and his wife Bernadette, property managers, so helpful and knowledgable and kind. Local Bahamian people were welcoming and wonderful. It is definitely off the beaten path, but if you are down for that (i.e. no Starbucks, etc), it's a magical spot! »
