„Good base which welcomes visitors with dogs (pre booked in their garden rooms) and a 2 min walk to the local train station. Easy (and cheap) train ride to Cromer if you don’t fancy the beach walk - which I do recommend you do - then train back!“

„Very good accommodation. Great location, rooms were good and staff helpful. Breakfast came in a hamper in your room, very nice touch, plenty of it. Would definitely go back“

„Clean room, great to have a bathroom with bath. Quality bedding, comfy bed, lovely hospitality tray, loved the boot tray on the hearth..a good place for boots after a walk! Warm and cosy room, good quality curtains ensured good level of darkness. Two super menu's, one a la carte, good selection of beverages. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and amenable. Breakfast ample, service efficient, check in/out quick! Very fair prices, excellent value for money. Good position, parking nearby ...

„OK so ..parking was good but tight .. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel.“

„Great little extras. Lots of choice for breakfast and fab cocktails.!“

„The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you, but it had lots wrong in our rooms, hairdryer didn't work/ over bed lights weren't even connected in, in the other room i booked the shower shot out at every angle/ there was only 1 shower door on so the water ended up all over the toilet & bathroom, & it was more like a shoe box than a room the size of it“

„The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had more than could be expected.“

„Not our first stay here. As usual everything brilliant. Can't wait to go back.“
