« the only positive thing to say: the staff is pretty friendly and helpful. everything else was just very bad and we were deceived, it was not at all how we expected. it's a new (or renovated?) "hotel" (actually it's more like a guesthouse). but it isn't in a very good condition. when I took my shower, the installation of the shower fell on me! also there are cables in the shower cabine?! the bathroom had an horrible smell that didn't go away. There is a lot of humidity in the hotel...

« +++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. « The stay in Kent Cottage is probably one of the biggest highlight of the trip around Sri Lanka. The place had a very cosy feel. Didn't feel like I was in a hotel/cottage. "TrĂšs bien, hĂŽtel trĂšs agrĂ©able, il a plu toute la journĂ©e, on n'a donc pas pu trop profiter des champs de thĂ© et des environs. Pour ce qui est de l'hĂŽtel lui-mĂȘme, il est mignon et agrĂ©able, on a eu une grande chambre style colonial. Par contre, l'isolation est vraiment plus que moyenne, on entend les autres personnes de l'hĂŽtel parler, et tous les bruits extĂ©rieurs. Mis Ă  part ça, c'est parfait."
