Erica, the host was very attentive and provided a quick response to my registration request and to any other questions. We would have rated it a 5 overall but there was a small issue with the cleanliness of the floors which the host will follow up on with her cleaning service. We would definitely recommend this...

The host had a housekeeping, scheduling issue, so the host, and I had agreed that I would clean the apartment, change the bedding, do the dishes from the previous renter, etc., for a discounted rate. They did honour it right away. I will not let this determine me from staying there again, because I know what the apartment is and the host is very responsive »
