« Our first impresdion of the reception area was WOW. Beautiful venue with breathtaking grounds. Lovely sun terraces and fantastic restaurant with amazing food. Would recommend. We had an evening meal which was superb and Breakfast was great too. Spa area small but nice enough for a relaxing dip in the pool and steam room, sauna and very small gym but enough for me. My only disappointment was that our room was a club room and accessed via a path to an annexe which did not have the same WOW factor...

« Excellent facilities. Stayed here twice, specifically to enjoy the spa packages on offer, what a lovely way to relax. The bedrooms are very comfortable with bathrooms especially well designed in the Woodlands rooms. Or you can enjoy a more period feel staying in the Manor House. Hotel easily accessible from motorways, in a quiet countryside setting, we especially liked the well designed bathrooms. « We arrived early and asked if we could possibly check in and fortunately we could. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff were very helpful. Our family joined us for breakfast the following morning and again all was good. I would definitely recommend a visit. »

« My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking...
