« The rooms and the property is well maintained. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. My daughter cannot handle spicy food, thank you to the chefs and the service to provide food on special requests! The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great views! There is also a food court very close by if needed. Overall, a great stay! Thank you! PS: they do not accept international cards at the hotel yet, please make sure you have other means to pay if needed! »

« I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless. The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to. Room service food was delicious and served with a smile. Plenty of hot water available throughout my stay. Tea and coffee making...

« The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice. »

« Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them...

« Hotel is nice with good rooms but very costly. Also the food charges were very high and non justifiable. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. »

« We had a short vacation at the resort and the place is really awesome with lush green hills @ 360 degrees of the location. The approach to the location is little harsh and I recommend all to talk to hotel staff for the directions before your trip or a small Hint ( Use Nahan Road to reach the location). Hospitality was really good and a thanks note to Tamanna for making our travel convenient during the stay. »
