« Great stay for family of seven. Plenty of bathrooms. Close to all the action. We had a van, but the bus stop is super close and if you can brave the cold and the hill you could walk everywhere. Loved having plenty of bathrooms and plenty of seating for family to all sit together to eat or to relax in the lounge. Would definitely stay again. »

« Enjoyed our third stay at Harmony House and once again, it did not disappoint. The home accommodated our group of 8 easily. The best memories were the morning sunrises looking out the front window while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The van that comes with the home rental made our visits to the ski resorts, stores, and onsen so easy. Thank you Fujimi for your warm hospitality! We look forward to seeing you again next spring! »

« It’s a Japanese style house by the sea. Well equipped with everything. Big living room where we can hangout together. Nice and comfortable futon. Lovely view. The only downside is that the car road to the house is quite steep and uneven. »

« Good pick up service from hotel to ski lift area and ski lift area to hotel and drop off to white liner bus stop. Good location to restaurant, convenient store and ski area. »

« Pros: The chalet and surrounding area were better than advertised. Right next to the ski lift and quite comfortable. Cons: Customer service was overwhelmed and made mistakes. Most frustrating was arriving at midnight to find ourselves unable to get into our room even after confirming twice the entry instructions the day prior. After 24 hours of travel, having to wait outside on a cold night until someone let us in was not fun. »

« Nice new hotels, nice onsens, close to slopes, very efficient shuttle service, nice team. Still feels like soft opening with teething issues (ie the thermostat of our room was not functioning so we left window open to mitigate). nice breakfast and afuri restaurant. nice view ofYotei and hirafu »

« This property would be good for self drive definitely, but not advisable if u are taking public transport. It is 2KM from the bus terminal. The host provided a really powerful heating panel which we also used to dry all our clothes and was hot and crisp after 10 hours. Host was very kind and friendly. Lake Toya was raining the two days we were there so we checked out after 1 day unfortunately. »

« True ski in ski out property! Ski lifts right outside hotel door. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 6 nights. In room washing machine was super helpful since we were traveling with kids. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel provided transport from hotel to Hirafu Welcome center which is where our shuttle bus from Chitose Airport dropped us off at. »

« A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. »
