« We weren't quite sure what to expect, as we are not normally into the glamping style of accommodation. But we loved every bit of what this place had to offer. Peaceful, no TV, surrounded by nature, over looking lake, fishing rod, kayaks, BBQ, selection of fresh produce on arrival, no neighbours anywhere close, what more could you want for serious downtime. Being a bus it has 'bus' sized amenities so you have to be prepared for that. Having said that it had a full sized very comfortable bed. Also...

« C’est propre mais vieux. Pas de rideau à la fenêtre de la cuisine et un très fort éclairage extérieur. La plafond de la salle de douche et certains endroits sont moisis et avec des allergies ça a été un peu compliqué. Les lit sont bons et propres. Il y a un grand frigo et un micro-onde neufs mais les éléments de la cuisine devraient être remplacés. L’accueil est sympathique. »

« Nuit dans le cockpit. Hébergement insolite ! Un peu vieillissant et pas forcément très confortable, mais le nécessaire y est, et tout est fonctionnel ! Bonne expérience. Bien situé, proche des waitomo caves et de quelques restaurants. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. »

« 4 family members had a wonderful weekend. Splendid convenient position in quiet settlement, well equipped kitchen. Glad weather was brilliant so easy to use outside deck as living/ eating area. Useful to have additional toilet( in laundry outside) for guests in the sleepout. little dog happy & safe in fenced area. Clean & comforyable with huge choice pf specialty teas! »
