« Parking is easy, loads of spaces. Our room was huge, it was a shame there wasn’t a comfy chair to sit in, there was plenty of space for one. Comfy beds, a big tv and tea and coffee facilities were provided. It was an accessible room so the bathroom was huge with a shower. My only complaint was the noisy family upstairs, it was awful but there’s not much I could do about that. « Friendly welcome. Clean comfortable room, clean & well equipped shower room. Restaurant only a short walk away. Had evening meal & breakfast. Excellent American style Rib Restaurant. Handy for Lincoln bypass, with easy access to Lincoln. »

« The caravan was very clean and not what we expected at all. There was plenty of room on the inside for the 3year old to play and the wrap around decking let him run round outside without us having to keep an eye on him all the time. It is as also within walking distance of the complex which was nice. Overall we had a very nice few days, the only thing is most of the activities are closed on a Friday. »

« Very impressed by all on offer. Room booked, first class value. Evening meal excellent As was breakfast. Have not had such attentive and prompt restaurant service "for many a year"! Hotel situation close to cathedral and castle. The reason for visit. Also close to long term parking as hotel does not have places for cars. »

« First stay in this hotel and very happy with the experience. The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure. « Le restaurant est vraiment bien. Malheureusement pour avoir une bonne nuit (ce qui reste l'essentiel dans mon cas), c'est compliqué quand la chambre est au dessus des cuisines dans une vieille bâtisse... Bruiante jusqu'à plus de 23h puis ça repart avec réception marchandise à 6h. »
