« We 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore this stunning part of NZ. Our only regret is not having more time to utilise the kayaks and take in the sights of the river.The house is very modern and comfortable and where very surprised with a well stocked fridge of homemade goodies for our breakfast the next day. The main concern was that the drain from the shower was extremely slow so after every use the bathroom floor needed to be mopped up. "Le personnel de la réception était très aimable, serviable et extrêmement réactif face aux petits soucis que nous avons rencontrés durant notre séjour. L’établissement était propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, à proximité du centre-ville. Petit point négatif concernait le ménage à notre arrivée : nous avons constaté des traces d’excréments dans les toilettes et aucune serpillière n’était disponible dans la chambre. Nous avons dû en demander une à la femme de chambre le lendemain, qui nous l’a fournie rapidement. Notre étage a été calme et reposant pendant la majeure partie du séjour. En revanche, la dernière nuit, un groupe particulièrement bruyant s’est installé. L’isolation phonique semble limitée, car depuis notre chambre, nous entendions distinctement les conversations de ces personnes dans le couloir à 1h du matin, mais aussi celles qu’elles avaient à l’intérieur de leur propre chambre. (Enfant qui hurlait, porte qui s’ouvrait et se fermait sans retenue ce qui provoquait un claquement de porte). Tout cela à partir de 20:00. Dès que j’ai signalé le problème, la réception est intervenue immédiatement et a tout fait pour y remédier. Le personnel m’a même proposé de changer de chambre, une attention que j’ai beaucoup appréciée. Cependant, après cinq nuits passées dans la même chambre avec toutes nos affaires déjà installées, il n’était pas envisageable de tout déménager à 20 h 30. Malgré cela, je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme et la réactivité de l’équipe."
