„I particularly appreciated the taste shown by the owner of this accommodation, and the artistic quality displayed to fit it out, decorate it and restore it. Of course, I had also the opportunity to enjoy the exceptional view from the terrace overlooking the old quarter and the mountain. „Das Leben in der bäuerlichen Natur mit Tauben, Kolibris??? Eisvogel und Trällermämnner aller Art war für mich als Naturliebhaberin ein Gewinn. Meine Schwester konnte spontan mitwohnen, weil Betten ohne Ende zur Verfügung standen. Der "Herbergsvater" ist ein Goldstück und erfüllt Wünsche nach Föhn und Bügelbrett sofort. Er unterhält sich gerne mit seinen Gästen und zeigt auch den Seder-Tisch um den die Familie zum hohén Festtag versammelt sitzt. Jederzeit wieder gerne!“

„Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. “

If you are lucky and get the right room, you even have an extra entrance to the hamman - which is private for you after 22h. 5 minutes walking to Decks restaurant. Good Wifi. Parking on public street in front of hotel (hotel has less than 10 rooms). Contact owner for easy check-in.“

„Location, parking, and breakfast was good. Spacious room and comfy beds. However, the condition of the room was mediocre, e.g. air con was too noisy, fridge was unhygienic. For a one night stay ok. For travelers who are religious Jews: the place is pretty Shabbat-worthy--hard key on a carabiener, but be sure to set the clock on the microwave before Shabbat b/c otherwise no clocks in the room. Also no challah to be had in the Old City where this is though I assume in the new city (a drive or cab ride away) you could get it.“

"Excellent hotel! Food the best of our journey. Service perfekt! Also the room was very comfy. I would absolutely recommend this hotel! Two small things to improve: 1. pool time from 9-18 is definitely to short. I want to swim in the morning and not at 9 am. 2. the cocktails ( I tried mojito and aperol) are horrible. All in all I will book at my next holiday this hotel again! "
