« Great all round star hotel and resort with multiple facilities »

« El hotel es muy céntrico, limpio su personal es bien atento. »

« I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. « Absolutely brilliant, clean, modern decor, brilliant staff polite and courteous, stayed for 13 nights, can't fault at all, 2 great restaurants on site, walking distance to all amenities, comfortable spacious room with air condition, tea/coffee facilities and fridge in the room, »

« Family friendly and helpful staffs, happy with their services »

« Location, price, breakfast and cleanliness »

« Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. »
