hands down the most kindest and welcoming! I forgot the name of the lady that helped us check-in, but she was so warm and bubbly it helped calm our nerves as we had a very chaotic day and were so ready to sleep! And Claire who we saw the next day, was so caring I had not brought sanitary pads with me on my trip and it was kind of her that she lent me her own! « I am a regular guest of the Holiday Inn, Abbots Lane, Colchester and have always found the hotel both inviting and comfortable. The staff are excellent and always friendly and helpful. I’ve dined in the restaurant on many occasions and the meals have all been excellent with a wide variety of menu choices. I would highly recommend a stay here! »
