« The property is very nice. A little aged on the cottages. The buffet was very well done , fresh, well seasoned and flavorful. Rare for buffet. The breakfast buffet was a little of a let down. For 22 a person. The omelet station was closed no pancakes or waffles or French toast. So for the price and only having 8 or so options I felt it was overpriced for what you get. I will say the quality was great for both and could tell it was all fresh made with real ingredients. The over all stay was great...

« I spent a significant amount to stay here, but unfortunately the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I booked my room months in advance and specifically requested a nice view, yet I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, far from the main compound.
The restaurant service was also disappointing, as there were repeated issues with our orders and it often felt like our concerns were overlooked rather than addressed. The spa service was average at best. While the property itself has a...

« Rooms were not ready at check-in time. Lobby bathroom was gross with urine and feces. Our room had a strange odor. Understaffed restaurant at the resort. The cantina at the beach was unexpectedly closed. The main gate to the beach was closed causing a long drive to get lunch for our hungry children.
The staff was friendly and the food was good when we finally got sat in the mostly empty dining room. The beds were comfortable. The scenery was nice. »

« The property is lovely. Despite being told it was heated, the pool was not heated. (I did not find this out - until after checking the temperature with my hand, and asking the concierge/ front desk to turn up the temperature. Only then did they find out by calling maintenance that the pool heater was not working). There was no mention of when it would be fixed -if ever. »

« Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive.
The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!!

« Séjour standard avec un hÎtel trois étoiles pour moi et non un hotel de luxe . Ils m'ont facturé des frais imaginaires pour mon dépÎt de garantie. Aucun moyen de les contacter par courriel. Ils m'ont facturé 95 euros pour deux canettes et une voiture garée pendant trois heures. J'attends leur réponse. »
