« When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud! »

Check in was easy, host was accessible and replied in a timely manner any time I had a question. Apartment was probably the cleanest I've had on Vrbo, and all appliances worked as they should.
