« The manager Vivien was amazing and so supportive with English, booking tickets, getting taxis, sharing directions and helping with shopping and dining. Simply can’t thank her and the staff enough. Most amazing experience for a non Chinese speaking traveller in a very non English speaking location that is close to ski fields and the Great Wall of China.

« It is a very nice hotel, staff is nice. It's located on top of a busy food street, very easy to get food as a foreigner. Other than three things I hope them to improve, I actually recommend this hotel.
1. The air-condition is very bad, no matter how we try to adjust the temperature, it's stay in 28 degree... It's very hot! Because we just stay 3 nights, and we go out all day. So we didn't ask the staff to fix it.
2. Even though we put the "Don't clear" sigh, they still get into the room, and do...
