« One positive, it had the best water pressure in the shower I've had in 20 years. I guess a second one. I think there was a person next door and I could not hear them during the night or their TV or talking etc. All the negatives, a big one is the beds were very very firm. Woke up every hour to turn. There were ants in the bathroom and by the bathroom sink. And lastly the toilet wouldn't flush. I had to lift off the back tank cover and manually lift the lever every time because the flapper...

« Had to change rooms because it spelled like BO so bad. They had to downsize us to a 2 queen size room. Pool under construction looks like it’s been like this for awhile. Definitely pay a little bit more for a newer hotel not worth it very dirty and rundown. »

« I appreciate the breakfast that was included. The staff was fine. It was nice to have a jetted tub to relax, however the staff must have forgotten to clean it after the previous guests. It had a collection of debris on the filter and spots (not a complete ring) of dirt. Also the remote to the TV by the bed did not work, consequently, it could not be used. There was a second television by the pull out couch that did work. The bedding seemed clean so we stayed but it was not as relaxing as...

« Property smelled of smoke, rooms were not clean, and staff was barely helpful. Room was dirty enough that I asked for a vacuum to clean it myself. The vacuum they gave me was caked in dust (giving the impression they don't use it much). One of the comforters was stained with something red (wine, lipstick...something), but the sheets themselves were clean. The bathtub didn't drain properly and thus by the end of a shower, your feet were taking a bath. To top it off, the breakfast was a small...
