„The property was not flexible at all in terms of storing our luggage before the check in time at 2pm. We had to sit around for 3 hours and wait as they were not willing to hold our luggage somewhere. Also, the breakfast timing starts only at 8.30 am earliest, for a business trip, this is not sufficient. We had asked if we could get dinner one day instead as we'll be loosing all the paid for breakfasts otherwise, but this was not granted. Staff was not friendly . Overall, i would not return to ...

„Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it“

„The room is excellent, and the service is exceptional. We took the room with the private pool and we absolutely loved it. The space where breakfast served as gorgeous and they sent dinner to our room which is so convenient. Our child absolutely loved the farm and all the animals.“
