« Well appointed with a great kitchen and family room. The owner was extremely helpful with accurate directions. She even helped me make contacts for an upcoming wedding. Only thing that would make the stay better-1-a mirror in the twin bedroom 2-hooks or towel rack in the main hall bathroom. Otherwise everything else worked perfectly. »

« Great location for exploring downtown, with tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Noise was noticeable, but did not disrupt our stay. Parking was about a block away, but not an issue since there were spots to park out front for loading/unloading. And we really appreciate the luggage carts :) Host was very helpful and notified me immediately when they realized we left something behind. »

« This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4...
