« Bring earplugs &/or white noise. You’re sharing a home with the hosts, so sounds from their living area leak past interior doors. Kudos to them for being willing to share an attached dwelling with strangers — I don’t think I could! Other things to be aware of: You may be charged $25 extra if unable to check in at the appointed time. The short access road is bumpy, dusty gravel. Otherwise, all routes are paved. « We had a wonderful stay and I am glad I found this gem! We've stayed at the Pines Resort which was great too but this rental was even better! It was just like a home! « The property was delightfully even better than the photos. Quite private with wonderful views. The trees and other foilage surrounding the house created an "immersed in nature" experience, especially from the hot tub! The beds and bedrooms were quite comfortable. Indoor and outdoor dining added to our enjoyment. Oakhurst is just 11 minutes away for convenient shopping or dining. « Wonderful home with a warm, boho vibe. Everything was clean, thoughtfully designed, and felt instantly comfortable. The location was great for heading into Yosemite (closer to an hour drive but not a big deal) the drive is gorgeous. The owners were fantastic: responsive, kind, and genuinely caring hosts. « We enjoyed our stay! Evan was great at responding when we had questions. We were disappointed that the creek on the property was dry during our May visit and would have preferred that one of the two bedrooms (other than the master) have a full or queen bed instead of twins. « Loved the spot, it was wonderful to have a place with the dogs and being understanding. DONT USE APPLE MAPS TO GPS THERE! No fault of the Vrbo owner, but the gps didn’t show the location of the home correctly causing us to go down an extremely poor dirt road. Use google(or other) it rerouted and got us there at the correct spot. Thank you! Loved the goat. »
