« We had such a wonderful stay! The Cozy Cottage was incredibly clean, cute, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was an amazing value for the price. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience so easy from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests and take pride in the space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, charming, and affordable place to stay! »

« it started out that we had no heat the first night Saturday morning at 7:45 I called and they said they have maintenance there in 20 minutes. I called again at 11:30 12 and 1 o’clock and when I said I wanted my money back a repairman was there within 20 minutes all that needed done were the central air needed cleaned the gas leaked in the laundry room the gas heater in the hallway did not work. The dishes were all chipped and when I asked for a partial refund, the guy was rude and disrespectful....

« Located on the corner of a VERY bust street. Heard every single car that went by. The house had a strange smell in the main living area…like stale cigars? Otherwise the house was clean and beds were comfortable!! It suited our purpose. »

« Host was very nice and accommodating. Kitchen was stocked with some breakfast food and yummy homemade cinnamon rolls.Rooms were clean and window air conditioner kept the temperature at 71 throughout our stay. »

« Enjoyed our stay at this cozy, off the main highway, 4-br farmhouse. Extremely close to Faylor Lake Disc Golf Course, with a great setup to play board games or all the things you might need to make/eat meals if you cook or bring back takeout. Airy Dale Farmer’s Market nearby has stromboli (regular or cheesesteak) to make in the oven and/or a selection of hot/cold deli options.
