The owner was so kind and gracious, the horses were amazing, the ponies outside the kitchen window were nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I will be coming back!!!!! « This was a wonderful place to stay. The Hosts were very accommodating and checked in multiple times while I was there to make sure I was okay. Definitely recommend as a traveling student with a need for a place to stay in small towns. »

« We really appreciate how clean was the place. My husband has multiple allergies and I was concerned about dust, or mold. He actually was very good, and did not sneeze once. The cabin has most of supplies ready to use from kitchen supplies, towels, bathrooms supplies. I really like the coffee and teabags supplied. Definitely we will be back. »

« Communication with Katherine was nonexistent. She messaged me 4 days before our arrival with the lockbox code, but that was it. I replied the same day with a follow-up question - no response. I sent a message the day we arrived saying we could not stay there due to the conditions inside the house - no response. « New & clean, and on a lovely farm even if somewhat remote. Guests must be very nimble to access the loft sleeping area, and be ok with a firm sleeping surface & tight spaces. »

« The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Adequately equipped with towels, no soap at all even hand soap which we never thought of bringing other than our bath soap and shampoo. Bathroom sink had cigarette stains and it made it look dirty. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it...

« If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure.
