„We came up for the weekend for our fanily reunion . The house is old & smells like an old house, which isn't a bad thing. The house was clean & tidy. We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay.“

„The home was immaculate! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. All of the extras around the house was very thoughtful. The kitchen had every utensil we would have needed to cook anything.The livingroom was very comfortable with more than enough furniture for a family, there was only 2 of us. „This is second time visiting this wonderful home. The owners have thought of everything. Grandkids age 1 through 10 and they all had favorite toys and games that were at the house. The kitchen is well supplied and organized. Everything is so clean. We will be back and highly recommend. “

„Nice quiet working class neighborhood. Walked my dog several times a day without concern. Downstairs renters very friendly. Comfortable beds. Toys for children. Spacious. Not far from Mayo. Wooded area behind house. Deer walk around. You’re in town but also feels like you’re in country.“

„Wonderful quiet, pretty and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of Mayo Clinic. Broc’s house was clean, nicely decorated, and supplied with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Beds were comfy! Hope to stay again for our next Mayo Clinic visit or a stay for leisure. “
