« The apartment has potential to be lovely, it is in a lovely neighbourhood and has a delightful balcony, however it is in a very shabby state currently. It needs some serious TLC to bring it up to standard. Even a lick of paint would improve things. The oversized TV (small lounge area) can’t be used as the remote control is broken. « Very good location, central to everything and quiet. Beautiful apartment. Had all the things we needed, laundry, dryer, kitchen equipment and very clean. Had a very warm and homely vibe. Car park could only fit a small car. Easy to communicate with management. »
