„We notified the owner on 3 key issues: mold in bathroom, bathroom fixture (brokenthe shower) & couch never vacuumed. There is more that I wrote to correct: never heard back from her. The wobbly kitchen table unable to correct, gate entry too high to reach, no notifications on how to find local items, TV could not be changed to ENGLISH, including cable. „the kitchen is incredibly stocked, so it was very easy to cook food grocery bought meals. Also a very comfortable-looking room. Some of the things provided in the room were expired, but otherwise a good range of tea, snacks. Could hear people upstairs, but primarily when going to the washroom, otherwise it was manageable. It was lovely staying here, and would definitely consider coming back!“

„Booked 3 nights last minute for a family member travelling alone and needed to cancel the next day due to a family emergency. Unable to do so as there was Zero refund with no consideration. "Zimmer, Hotel etc. sehr sauber. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage für Sightseeing für uns ideal gewesen. Konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen. Ein Stern Abzug wegen der Akustik. Zimmertür war sehr hellhörig, man hat selbst die Aufzuggeräusche wahrgenommen, obwohl wir nicht direkt am Aufzug unser Zimmer hatten. Die Tür zum Badezimmer war leider auch sehr laut. Man hat nachts automatisch die andere Person im Zimmer aufgeweckt."
