The customer service was exceptional from everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The entire team went above and beyond and truly made our stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours, but otherwise everything was wonderful. »

« the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time. »

« Would have liked hot water for my shower! It did get up to lukewarm. I am sure that helps conserve water. The pool was delightful. The air conditioning in the room was good, not so much in the lobby. This was obviously once a very nice hotel. It is currently maintained to adequate standards and was priced accordingly. So it worked well enough for us. »

« Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start. »

« If you have asthma, allergies or sensitive to strong cleansers, chlorine and perfumes, you shouldn’t stay here. In addition, the night staff were very rude and didn’t have good customer service. »

« Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there. »

« Lived the staff- obviously well- trained. The hapog hour and drink coupons were a wonderful bonus. Loved the proximity to the Old Narket. Ever so convenient! »
