« Firstly I was in room #124 and after 3 days they changed me of room. ANNOYING. In the first, impossible to sleep because the air conditioner in the corridor made a big noise. No water power of the shower. in the second room, the TV operated very bad. At the restaurant, sometimes they didn't have some meals choices. »

« The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. « This hotel is a scam. The place is old, dirty and cockroach infested. Very mouldy and smells horrible. The lift partially and could only take 4 adults at once. It is like a building waiting to be demolished. The management was not transparent on the actual state of the hotel. My advice, this hotel should be shot down for extensive renovation otherwise lives are being put at risk. If I had other options or refund option I would have cancelled.
