« Très bel établissement dans la campagne du Yorkshire où on peu profiter du grand calme. Les lieux ont fait l'objet d'une rénovation mêlant agréablement la modernité avec une vieille bâtisse. Le staff est amical et aux soins anticipant même les demandes.
Les chambres sont impeccables et permettent de se sentir dans un cocon moderne.
L'hôtel possède sont propre centre de remise en forme avec salle de sport, piscine, jacuzzi et sauna. Même s'il peut paraître vieillot, une nouvelle construction...

« Disappointing. Booked this hotel due to the free Airport Shuttle Bus. Arrived well within the advised operating hours of the shuttle bus. Called the number given by the hotel to be asvised the number was no longer in operation. Was left stranded at Pearson Airport at 21.30 with no option but to get a taxi which cost $36 to travel less than 2km. Would have been better paying more for a better property. Really dissapointing. »

« Room was in good condition however it was a disabled room that was not advised on booking. There was an intermittent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Seeing the disabled room I immediately requested a room change but here was not much enthusiasm as we had a 2 night stay and was told the hotel was full the following night so not much they could do and on the first night there were currently no other made up rooms.
Overall the staff at the bar and in the restaurant and around the hotel...

« From the minute we stepped inside we were welcomed by friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean and roomy. The food was excellent and the dining room service was excellent…..evening meal and breakfast. The views were incredible, the location was beautiful. Would definitely stay again and would definite, recommend, 100%. »
