„This was a nice place to stay. One caveat to future people that stay. Make sure your card has good clearance and is able to go up a steep hill without issues. We had a Toyota Camry rental car and it had a little trouble. This has nothing to with the quality of the stay. Just make sure you have Jeep, Rav4, or something that is good on hills. „We had an awesome time in St Thomas and a big contributor to that was Melvin property. Everything was above our expectations and as described in the VRBO posting. The rental is spacious, bedroom with a bath and a California king bed, the kitchen has all the needed equipment to cook your meal, we also had access to the owner bbq. Alles .was man braucht ( Kaffemaschine , Mikrowelle , Toaster , Strandtücher , , voll ausgestattete Küche ) Das Schlafsofa ist für zwei Erwachsene nicht ideal. „I loved the host. The beds are comfortable. The place was big enough to accommodate my huge family as we were there for a funeral. My 2 brothers and our families stayed there and it was plenty big enough for us. If you have toddlers though, be very careful of the stairs. My daughter wanted to jump from the top floor. Other than that, we REALLY enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.“

The condo is super clean and had everything we needed to make breakfast and have our morning coffee in the balcony with a beautiful view.
