« We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay! »

« Clean, AC, friendly and responsive staff. »

« Great home, clean, plenty of towels, host was great to communicate. »

« stayed 11 days Feb '26. This is a condo complex. Upon arrival the complex appears dated/tired and the grass was tall. A crew did show to get the landscaping back into shape. Located off a main road and centrally located. Can get to most parts of the island within a 35 minute drive. 5 minutes down the street is a grocery store, another 5 minutes to popular La Reine Chicken Shack. Laundry building is adequate, everything worked, needs paint. The pool water was clean and usable. The stairs,...

« Terrible conditions all over the place. Spider nets , roachs, dogs. Worst experience I ever had in my life »

« This place had everything!! I could of just packed clothes because the rest was there! Listing was just as pictured- simply beautiful. I had to reach out to the property manager for something-not only was it VERY late at night, but he responded within 2 minutes!! I definitely recommend staying with Jason at any of his properties. I look forward to future rentals!! »

« The location was great, Entering the shower was a bit high , can be a risk, there are stairs to get to the unit but otherwise I thought it was a relaxing experience. Thank you 🙏 »

« Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! The bed only has a sheet to sleep on, no blankets, and bring extra toilet paper,...

« Everything was exceptional! From the location, to the communication, to the room quality. Highly recommend for anyone, unless you are coming when we are! Lol »

« Perfect location »

« Great place in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the boardwalk. Ample off-street parking. Very spacious and clean. Nice balcony area to sit and enjoy an evening drink or your morning coffee. Would recommend and would definitely stay again! »
