« I did not receive check-in information until I called the manager at 4 pm on the day of check-in. She did say that she thought she had sent them, but in checking back , she noticed they had not been delivered . The manager noted , “don’t mind the stairs, we are renovating.” The stairs were steep and dirty/unswept. The whole entry way and staircase was unappealing and challenging to climb and descend.
