« I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms and most of the hotel have been recently renovated which was done very tastefully. The rooms were warm and inviting. We also enjoyed the pool which had great poolside service. The area around the hotel looked like it was once very cool but is now rundown. The casino was small and the pool closes early for kids but overall the hotel stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Shreveport. »
