« We had the best time in Baton Rouge! This apartment was perfect. Well-appointed and close to everything. It was so nice to have some extra space with the 2 bedrooms after spending a bunch of nights in hotels. We also enjoyed relaxing in the living room and watching our Eagles win! Patrick was super responsive and accommodating too when I had a question. Great place, cute neighborhood- highly recommend. »

« Fun and funky location, good price, very old home with giant ceilings. "Spanish Town" is unique; strolling around the neighborhood to view homes and gardens is a treat. Coffee shop down the street, downtown area and Interstate very close by. Designated parking is helpful, in an area that is "permit parking" only. I love the high end finishes/products, artwork, and decor. Convenient kitchen: air fryer, microwave, Keurig, but strangely, no potholders, and just one kitchen towel, no sponge or...

« I absolutely loved this property and we will book here again. I thought that was no way the home was this beautiful but it truly is. The living space on one side of the house is painted white and it is so bright during the day. The bedrooms are each painted a different dark color which makes sleeping in them very pleasant. « Modern, spacious, and immaculate apartment. Ideally located in a high-rise building with a full-service grocery store on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities. « Perfect for LSU move-in, move-out! Easy walk to Tiger stadium/LSU campus. Easy and close drive to Cedar/Spruce halls. The hosts are very responsive. The neighborhood is a little sketch but we felt safe in the unit, especially with the gated parking lot. Great value. Only minor complaint is the small bathroom, but the shower pressure is A!
