Jessica was a joy to communicate with before and during our time in Nevis with prompt replies to all of our questions and valuable suggestions for newcomers to the island. « Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants. »

« It had the most beautiful view of any place I've ever stayed (in 60 years). I could see 280 degrees, from the sunrise over the ocean to the sunset over St. Kitts. I was afraid it would be too hot in July, but the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean kept it cool. I never turned on the AC in the bedroom. I loved just sitting on the verandah and relaxing. »

The location could not have been better, with the beach at the bottom of the garden, and with Nesbitt Plantation being closed, it becomes your own personal beach.
