« The hotel refused the check-in. I booked the hotel for 1 night for my friend. My friend is 18 years old and she had no problem check in other hotels before. But this time the Sabuy Best Hotel refused her check in and said it was because she was not 19 years old yet ( she was 18 at the time) with a very rude and angry voice to my friend. « Nous y sommes allés il ya quelques années super établissement mais quelle est deception cette année chambre vieillissante une serviette de salle de bain pasde bouilloire pour le café ou le thé ni bien sur de sachets thé ou café les éléments sont a revoir car manque d entretien le personnel de réception correct sans plus par contre le déjeuner tres léger pas de café expesso en panne pas de couteau pas de fruits des œufs cuits a l avance donc froid et plus la personne qui...

« When our plans changed, I found this hotel, booked it, and 15 minutes later we were checking in. My wife and I were very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable and possibly had the best rain shower system I’ve ever seen. The restaurant was surprisingly good and moderately priced. Everything was well prepared and they had a good selection of wine to choose from which was also not overpriced. We would definitely come and stay there again. »
