« This place is great. Not for it's facilities, but for the honesty, kindness and professionalism of it owner Anska. « Location is good. Lots of ants and insects in the room. Host was welcoming. But be aware of food cost. Ask price before ordering. We order seafood dinner for three. He made combination of fish, calamari, tiny crabs and few shrimp and charged 50 dollars(water for drink). We paid as we did not ask before eating. Then he came back and ask 800 rupees for driver’s break fast. We paid. A minute later he came for driver’s accommodation cost. At that point we said, NO. We stayed 2 weeks in Sri Lanka....

« Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Habarana, aber mit dem TukTuk gut erreichbar. Wir waren die einzigen GĂ€ste und die Zimmer liegen etwas abseits, was uns nicht ein so sicheres GefĂŒhl gab. Das Servicepersonal war Ă€usserst freundlich und das Essen lecker. Einzig der Chef war nicht freundlich und wollte uns andauernd ĂŒberteuerte Touren und Safari andrehen, das war etwas mĂŒhsam. « Love the service, location and the competitive pricing. There are cheaper ones out there for sure but the service here is excellent. Though you may not need the mosquito net provided, I used it and felt comfortable. There’s no AC but I didn’t need it as the temp was cool at night. I would book it again for sure. »

« When I arrived I was told the hotel was closed. I took pictures to prove I was there as I had already paid through Expedia. I then had a ‘neighbour’ show up to ‘offer’ alternate accommodation at a very much more cost! The hotel is on a back street and when confronted with having to find an option on the day when I was hoping to visit the palace I conceded to the higher price. This was classic ‘bait & switch! Do not ever book this hotel!!!! »
