« The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didnât like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you donât know how to handle the drive, itâs problematic. The second thing I didnât like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasnât working due to not filtering properly. « Lovely staff. Great customer service from the get-go. Quiet and peaceful location. Clean room with all the necessities. Our room had a spacious balcony with a great view of the sea. Meals were delicious and reasonable. Will definitely stay again. »

« This was a very disappointing rental. Although the villa was very nice and we expected to enjoy our stay. However, the yard surrounding the villa was infested with ticks. Each of us had ticks on our feet, legs and clothing. We have a small dog who must have had several dozens ticks just by walking for a few minutes in the surrounding yard in the immediate viscinity of the villa. We didn't even need to go in the tall grass and we came back with ticks. It took us several hours over the next week...

« This property was filthy, lacked proper running water, didnt have hot water in the hostel, they tried to upsell hot water for $45, and offered no concern regarding my discomfort. There is a lot more i can say about this property but its not worth my time. »

« The villa itself is very nice and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. The views are spectacular! The property manager Marjorie was such a pleasure, she made us feel so welcome and at home. She saw to our every need. Brenda our chef was good, anything we wanted she served and even accommodated special diets. We will definitely go to Heaven Villa again! »
