„Os acabamentos no hotel, que seja nos quarto, nos corredores, nas casas de banho, ..., estão muito além da expectativas e sobretudo pelo preço. No dia do check-in, pagamos o estacionamento e no dia do check-out queriam cobrar o valor outra vez. Tivemos que insistir e dizer que já se tinha pago mas com outro empregado. E o melhor de tudo, foi abrir o armário do quarto e encontrar duas peças de roupa de outros pessoas. Logo, será que as limpezas são feitas? Fica a duvida. “

„We had a nice stay at the property. We were a little disappointed that we were given a room with 2 twin beds, after requesting 1 double bed. The rest of the room was great. Very spacious. The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, sights, etc. Merida is a special place with special, friendly people! We loved our visit. One other small annoyance, parking next door was supposed to be discounted to 10€ a day. We had our ticket stamped, as instructed, ...
